Who can attend Girls’ Heart Point Conferences and Workshops?
Both Senior Girls' Heart Point, ages 13 to 17 and Junior Girls' Heart Point, ages 10 to 12 will combine in one huge event, with
dynamic, age-appropriate breakout sessions available. Mothers and adult
female chaperons are welcomed as participants. Our program is not
suitable for younger girls.
What is the Admission for the Conferences and Workshops?
Admission varies depending on the Event. Some Events are fully
sponsored and are provided at no charge, while others have a ticket
price. Please click on the Event you wish to attend for more specific
information about admission pricing.
Are Mothers able to attend the conference with their Daughters?
Yes, for sure. Lots of mothers will purchase a ticket and attend with
their Daughters. Some bring several of their daughter’s friends as
well. The conference is not designed as a Mother / Daughter event but
rather, an event geared to teenage girls where Mothers may also
participate.
Does a Female Adult Chaperone or Mom need to purchase a ticket if she wants to come with her girl(s)?
Yes, every conference attendee must purchase a ticket. Adult attendees
will stay with their group of girls throughout the weekend conference.
Could someone purchase a ticket just for Friday night or for Saturday only of a Conference?
No, one full ticket per Person is required even for partial attendance at our Conferences.
Is seating by number at the Conferences?
No, the seating is general admission on a first come first serve basis.
Is there a special group rate for ticket purchases?
No, for our Conferences each pre-bought ticket is sold at the same
price.
For the Conferences is the noon lunch provided on Saturday?
Yes, noon lunch is included in the price of the ticket.
What times do the sessions start and end?
Friday, May 2nd starts at 7:00 pm. Doors open at 6:00pm and ends 10:00pm.
Saturday, May 3rd starts at 9:00 pm. Doors open at 8:30 am and the day ends at 4:00pm.
I’d like to be an Event Volunteer. How could I sign up for this?
Our Volunteer “Angel Team” will be made up of Mothers / female adults.
If the Event requires admission, you must still purchase your own
ticket and accompany the Girl or Girls that are coming with you. There
will be a training session, and you will need to arrive early at the
Event. You may contact us to indicate your interest in becoming an Event Volunteer. Thanks
